Snobby and impersonal. Paid A LOT of $$$ for hair extensions that started falling out THE NEXT DAY. When contacting the salon they refused to give me a refund because they said I didn't properly care for my hair even though I followed their instructions to the "T." The salon that fixed them said it was not the first time they had seen someone come in from Josepf Zell with this problem, and was able to help me out. But needless to say I am out a small fortune for what I hesitated with, but was assured that it would be a rewarding choice. Buyer beware!

snobby is all I can say. I felt as though everyone was talking about me. The atmosphere was tense, the owners just wanted to sell you another product.
