inability to make phone call

I set an appointment for my daughter and went to appiontment at 2:30 well at 4:30 (all they did was look in her mouth and spent all of 10 seconds brushing her teeth) we were walking out and the receptionist said that we need to get our doctor to give her a physical so they can put her to sleep to do some dental work. Ok fine and dandy they got my doctors name and number and got my phone number and my wifes e-mail address and said they would call and make an appointment and was going to call and email us with the appointment in the morning. So the next morning no call no e-mail i waited till 9 am and called and was told that the person who does that had stepped out,ok fine, they got my number and said that they would call me back ,well about 3 that afternoon still no call so i called them and left message. The next day at lunch I called them and asked what the deal was and the lady said that the person that does the scheduling had stepped out and asked for my name and number. So no call back that day. The following day I called them on break at nine and the person that answered the phone said that the lady that does the scheduling just stepped out so I told her if they werent competent enough to make one simple phone call I dont want them even touching my daughter. I was very dissatisfied with their professionalism and will NOT be back and would not even refer them to my enemy. Find someone else.......... Disgruntled
